Job summary

Miner Ltd, a nationwide service and equipment solutions provider, is seeking a Service Professional to join our Dock & Door team. You will travel to customer sites, troubleshoot complex issues, install and repair equipment, and maintain safety and OSHA compliance on every job.

You will work across schools, hospitals, warehouses and more, with opportunities to grow through four levels of service professionals from Apprentice to Expert.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to repair doors, loading docks, and dock-leveler equipment.
• Willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on customer care; troubleshoot, service, inspect, install and repair industrial equipment.
• Maintain paperwork on paper and digitally; manage work orders.
• Operate a company vehicle to visit various customer sites.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA compliance on every job.
