Job summary

Miner Ltd., an OnPoint Company, is seeking Service Professionals to perform hands-on maintenance and emergency repairs on doors, docks, and related equipment across North America. You will troubleshoot, install, inspect, and service industrial systems while visiting customer sites in commercial facilities, hospitals, schools, and warehouses.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; focus on quality of work and impact to customers.
• Ability to repair industrial facilities including doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers.
• Willingness to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work; hydraulics/pneumatics experience helpful.
• Ability to work independently while on the road for long hours.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills are required.
• Technical school training and OEM certifications are desirable but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be available.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on customer care; troubleshoot, service, inspect, install and repair industrial equipment.
• Maintain paperwork for jobs both on paper and digitally.
• Operate a company vehicle and visit multiple customer sites daily.
• Contribute to safety and OSHA compliance at job sites.
