Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company seeks a Field Dock & Door Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors across customer sites in Arkansas and surrounding areas. You will travel to facilities, assess needs, and perform safe, efficient repairs and installations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical ability, 1 year dock equipment experience preferred, and a valid driver's license; excellent communication and safety practices are essential as you support downtime

Qualifications

• Electrical experience, including proper use of a multimeter.
• General knowledge of operating various equipment.
• Ability to complete duties with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong communication skills and safety-awareness.

Responsibilities

• Repair Warehouse Docks and Rollup Doors to restore safety and operation per safety protocols.
• Perform new installations on dock and door projects.
• Communicate downtime and progress with customers and Warehouse Products team.
• Operate safely with minimal supervision.
