Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Field Dock & Door Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors at customer sites. You will join the Warehouse Products Service Team to perform installations and safety-compliant repairs while communicating downtime and progress to customers.

Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge, plus dependable communication, are essential; travel to various customer locations is required with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing and repairing loading dock equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements if applicable.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors at customer sites.
• Repair docks and rollup doors to restore safe operation and uptime.
• Communicate downtime and job progress to customers and team.
• Operate safely with minimal supervision while following protocols.
