Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, endcaps, and planograms across assigned stores. You will troubleshoot hardware, cables, and software issues to keep displays fully functional and compliant with program standards.

The role involves leading small teams on multi-rep projects, with travel up to 120 miles and overnight stays sometimes required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and with fixtures.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, wiring, and media players.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them fully functional.
• Lead multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles may be required.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance and ensure timely store service (48–72 hours).
• Report visit status and maintain pricing and signage accurately.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time/mileage; overnight travel possible.
