Job summary

Aquent Talent seeks a proactive dispatcher in Evansville to coordinate field operations for a leading energy services partner. You will monitor and dispatch work orders, serve as the communication link between customer service and field technicians, and manage calls to ensure timely service delivery.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with dispatching systems, and the ability to handle dynamic shifts (including weekends).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience with dispatching systems or similar operational software.
• 3 years experience in or supporting field service operations, or equivalent dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and dispatch work orders to field personnel, optimizing routes and workloads.
• Serve as the communication link between customer service teams and field technicians.
• Manage incoming calls and conduct call-ahead requests to ensure smooth interactions.
• Receive and dispatch routine and emergency work orders to maintain daily operations.
• Use dispatching systems to assign and track work orders and document activities.
• Coordinate complex daily operational requirements across internal teams and partners.
