Job summary

Amgen seeks a Field Director, Medical Science Liaisons to lead a regional MSL team across Northeast. You will shape field medical strategy, coach direct reports, and drive compliant execution of plans.

Strong collaboration with medical leadership, cross-functional teams, and IDNs is essential to advance clinical practice and patient outcomes. You will oversee engagement with OLs, PHDMs, and other stakeholders, aligning tactics with Amgen’s goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field with Medical Affairs experience.
• Management experience leading teams and projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an MSL team across a regional scope.
• Develop Field Medical strategy, SEPs, and measures of success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Educate on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to IDNs and PHDMs.
• Ensure compliant execution of field medical plans and activities.
