Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree & 4 years of Medical Affairs experience, or
• Master's degree & 8 years of Medical Affairs experience, or
• Bachelor's degree & 10 years of Medical Affairs experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the MSL team, ensuring alignment with Amgen's goals.
• Coach and develop MSLs, delivering feedback to improve performance.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and recognize high performance.
• Identify training needs and develop plans with training partners.
• Ensure compliance and timely completion of CRM, expense reports, and trainings.
• Lead workforce change to advance medical initiatives.
