Job summary

Titan Machinery seeks a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment in shop or field settings. You will perform diagnostics, perform repairs, and complete warranty work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of diesel experience or an associate degree, travel up to 75%, and the ability to obtain DOT certification. Tools are provided or owned by you; strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must have or obtain DOT Medical Certification.
• Ability to work flexible/on-call hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide field service as directed by the Service Manager.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines; manage parts and complete work orders accurately.
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge; recommend maintenance or upgrades to customers.
• Follow safety policies and regulations while performing tasks.
