Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, maintain, and perform pre-delivery work on diesel equipment in the shop or in the field, ensuring high quality and efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, professional workmanship, and profitability of tasks.

You will travel up to 75% of the time to customer sites, handle documentation, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel equipment experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Technology.
• Must have own tools and a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and work flexible/on-call hours.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs.
• Provide timely field service and document work orders accurately.
• Communicate findings and timelines to owners and service team.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
