Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a field service technician role preferred.
• Prior experience in troubleshooting methods and tools required.
• Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Repairs machines to customer satisfaction in field or shop.
• Troubleshoots and repairs customer machines at jobsites.
• Uses SIS to order parts and research problems.
