Job summary

Transwest Mobile in Utah is seeking an elite mobile technician with leadership qualities to join our field service team. You will lead advanced diagnostics on heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive improvements on high-value fleets.

We require 5–10+ years in heavy equipment repair, expert CAN bus/ECM knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior technicians. A valid license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are essential for this mobile role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (CAN bus, ECM).
• Ability to supply a full set of professional tools for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities
