Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Field Diesel Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel equipment in the shop or in the field in Pierre, SD.

This role involves servicing Case IH diesel machinery and performing warranty work with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnights, and join a team that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• 1+ years of completing tasks with limited supervision
• Clean driving record; own tools required
• Must have or obtain and maintain DOT Medical Certification
• Ability to travel up to 75% with overnights; 50%+ field work
• Flexible/on-call hours with high attention to detail and good documentation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specs; field service as directed
• Document findings, parts, and timelines; complete work orders accurately
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities
• Follow safety rules and regulations during all tasks
