As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher Service Technician and leadership positions, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Perform safe maintenance and repair of diverse rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
2. Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
3. Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed daily.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.
