As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. You can improve your skills daily and pursue higher roles in our Service Department. We rely on you to provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Travel to customer sites for repair/maintenance; maintain service vehicle professionally.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Maintain documentation of work performed daily.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 3-5 years of experience in repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
• Strong knowledge of various engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
