Job Overview

As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech III - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment safely and professionally. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership positions, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
2. Travel to customer sites for repair and maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
3. Assist in training lower-level technicians.
4. Document work performed accurately and timely.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
3. 3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
4. Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of engines.
5. Own tools applicable to the position.
6. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
7. Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
