Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) in East Moline, IL, is seeking an Automotive Technology Support Technician. You’ll learn the manufacturer specifications and perform diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, and wiring tasks under experienced field technicians to become a standalone technician.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, prior automotive tech support experience, strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and clear communication.

Experience in Automotive Technology Support
Strong tech skills including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer\'s original specification with high quality controls
Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to be a stand-alone technician
Learn basics of Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, and Wire/Connector repair
