Job summary
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is hiring for an entry-level Automotive Technology Support role in Bozeman, MT. You will learn the manufacturer's original specifications, work with a Field Technician, and gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
The position emphasizes customer service and communication skills as you support technicians and customers through technical issues and repairs.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support.
- Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls
- Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to be a stand-alone technician
- Learning basics of Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, Wire/Connector repair
