Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks entry-level technicians to join a nationwide team focused on fast, accurate vehicle diagnostics and calibration. You will learn manufacturer specs with strong quality controls and gain hands-on training to operate as a stand-alone technician.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, wire/connector repair, and customer-facing service. Prior automotive tech support experience is valued; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in automotive technology support is a plus.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Solid tech skills including common office tools (Outlook/Teams/PowerPoint/Word).

Responsibilities

Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls.
Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician to become a stand-alone technician.
Learn diagnostics, calibrations/programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
