Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a motivated team member to support automotive technology services, diagnostics, and calibration for our growing clientele in Kirkland, WA. You will work with field technicians and learn to communicate effectively with customers while developing hands-on repair and diagnostic skills.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, customer-service orientation, and strong computer skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer-facing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls
• Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to be a stand-alone technician
• Learning basics of: Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, Wire/Connector repair
