Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Automotive Technology Support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturer's original specifications with quality controls.
• Receive hands-on training from experienced Field Technicians to become a standalone technician.
• Learn Diagnostics, Calibrations/Programming, Scanning, and Wire/Connector repair.
