Job summary

Global Asset in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Field Team Lead to safely pick up, deliver, and install technology equipment. You may drive your own truck or work with teammates on projects, and forklift certification will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record.
• Be fluent in both speaking and writing English and able to communicate via phone and email.
• Minimum of 2 years deployment, installation, and/or delivery or related experience.
• Experience driving a 26ft BOX TRUCK WITH A LIFTGATE is required.
• Proficient in inventory control and using basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in field operations, including loading/unloading, installation, and customer interactions.
• Supervise and mentor field team members; ensure safety and high-quality work.
• Coordinate scheduling, route planning, and timely deployments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and strong client relationships.
