Job summary

Rune seeks a Site Deployment Manager to lead field execution of RELIC deployments and serve as the key link to field operations. You will ensure every deployment is completed safely, on schedule, and to Rune’s quality standards.

You will guide the field operations team, coordinate with site owners, contractors, vendors, and delivery partners, and help maintain site uptime through planned maintenance and rapid responses to issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations, industrial construction, data center deployment, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or a related field.
• Experience leading field teams, contractors, and multiple concurrent scopes.
• Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, installation schedules, and handoffs.
• Strong jobsite safety, quality control, contractor management, and field documentation.
• Ability to read construction drawings, electrical one-lines, and equipment layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution from mobilization through installation, commissioning, and operations.
• Translate plans and schedules into clear daily field activities.
• Coordinate personnel, contractors, equipment, materials, and site resources for on-time installation.
• Track deployment progress, risks, and issues; provide updates to leadership.
• Lead field operations team during deployments, maintenance, and emergencies.
