Job summary

Rune is seeking a Site Deployment Manager in Mountain View, CA to lead field execution of RELIC deployments and coordinate with site owners, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will own onsite deployment from mobilization through commissioning, ensure safety and quality, manage schedules, and drive issues to resolution while keeping leadership informed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in field operations, industrial construction, or data center deployment.
• Proven track record leading field teams and multiple concurrent scopes.
• Experience managing site logistics, equipment deliveries, and handoffs.
• Strong safety, quality control, and field documentation practices.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical one-lines.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution from mobilization through commissioning and operations.
• Translate plans into daily field activities and coordinate personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate site access, deliveries, staging, and storage to support deployment.
• Lead field teams, enforce safety and quality standards.
• Manage incident response and post-deployment improvements.
