Job summary

Rune Technologies is seeking a Mission Manager to bridge our DoD-focused engineering and customer teams, guiding contracted work from discovery to delivery. You will translate operational needs into actionable product and program strategies, owning customer relationships in high-stakes environments.

In this role, you’ll support deployment at government facilities, lead training sessions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success while traveling 25–50% to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of US military logistics or sustainment experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Eligible for U.S. secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand challenges and represent customer needs to the Rune team.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business development and exec teams to ensure customer success.
• Be a do-er who understands customer problems and highly technical solutions.
• Support deployment of Rune software at government facilities and military bases.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and drives impact.
• Identify datasets through customer problems and work with engineers to integrate data into delivery.
