Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is hiring an RF Network Engineer to deploy, install, and configure tactical communication and network systems across naval, aerial, vehicular, and field assets in the United States.

The role supports field exercises, on-site troubleshooting, and rapid response for diverse environments. The candidate will work under security protocols to ensure secure, reliable communications, managing inventories and documenting network diagrams.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for security clearance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to ensure work complies with security protocols and standards.
• Experience with mesh networks and mesh radios (MPU5, TrellisWare).
• Proficient with technical documentation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage networking hardware (routers, switches, servers, radios, satellite terminals).
• Ensure secure, reliable, and interoperable connectivity across environments.
• Provide rapid, expert troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
• Maintain inventory including procurement, deployment, decommissioning.
• Create/update technical diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Implement QA/QC measures to meet standards and recommend improvements.
• Provide network architecture design and management.
