Onebrief is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to deploy AtomEngine in real-world military training environments, including classified and air-gapped systems. You will configure, extend, and troubleshoot the platform while working directly with customers at Fort Belvoir.

You’ll embed onsite, translate operational needs into feedback for Product and Engineering, and collaborate with teams using Godot, C++, C#, and Python. Occasional travel supports additional exercises and deployments.

Formación

• 3+ years in software/solutions engineering or customer-facing tech roles.
• Proficient in C++, C#, Python, or GDScript.
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and support AtomEngine in live military training environments, including classified and air-gapped systems.
• Embed onsite with customers at Fort Belvoir to understand operational needs, iterate with users, and provide Product/Engineering feedback.
• Integrate AtomEngine with partner systems by configuring and troubleshooting APIs, networking, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Improve documentation, deployment processes, and operational repeatability for scalable deployments.
• Travel occasionally to support customer engagements and operational exercises.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to military stakeholders and internal teams.
