Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in software engineering, strong Python/TypeScript skills, and comfort working directly with builders on jobsites. Remote and hybrid work options are available in the US.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of software engineering experience; recent grads welcome.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable with APIs and integrations.
• Clear, direct communication and comfort presenting to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Cortex and agents into live projects with customers.
• Create new custom agents for live projects and reuse across portfolios.
• Own the data-to-outcome loop with measurable results for drawings/submittals.
