Job summary

The Wisdom Teeth Guys in Katy, TX is seeking a Referral Sales Representative to manage and grow our Katy/Northwest Houston territory by building strong dentist relationships and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

You will visit dental offices, educate staff on referral benefits, and lead outreach activities such as lunch-and-learns. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a practical on-the-road work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold/warm calls and developing new business relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Dental industry experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit general dental offices throughout the Katy/Northwest Houston territory.
• Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and staff.
• Educate practices on the advantages of referring patients to The Wisdom Teeth Guys.
• Conduct marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and other outreach activities.
• Maintain and grow an established referral network while developing new sources.
• Represent a trusted brand known for patient care, affordability, and convenience.
