Job summary

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a motivated Referral Sales Representative to manage and expand our Austin Texas territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with general dental offices and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

You will visit practices, educate on referrals, and lead outreach activities while growing an established network. Competitive compensation applies with uncapped commission and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales, business development, and/or relationship marketing experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with dental offices and staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Territory

This is a field-based position covering Austin and surrounding areas. The territory is already established and generating referrals. Your goal will be to strengthen existing relationships while driving continued growth throughout the region.

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (competitive base salary plus uncapped commission)

Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: On the road

• Proven sales, business development, and/or relationship marketing experience (2+ years of sales experience required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold/warm calls and developing new business relationshipsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Candidates must live in the Austin and surrounding area, as these locations provide convenient access to the territory.
