The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a motivated Referral Sales Representative to manage and expand our Houston/Pearland Texas territory. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with dental offices and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

You will visit offices, educate on referral advantages, and conduct outreach activities while growing an established network. Compensation ranges from base salary to uncapped commissions, with travel throughout the territory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Field-based role with ability to develop new relationships
• Comfortable making cold/warm calls and educating practices

Responsabilités

• Visit general dental offices across the Houston/Pearland territory
• Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and staff
• Educate practices on referral advantages to The Wisdom Teeth Guys
• Conduct marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities
• Maintain and grow an established referral network and source new referrals
• Represent a trusted brand with patient care, affordability, and convenience
