You will read architectural drawings, coordinate with project management, and ensure project plans are executed on time and within budget. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiar with blueprints and architectural symbols.
• Proficient in Plan Grid, Bluebeam, and MS Office suite.
• Willing to push back on other trades professionally.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and create team atmosphere.
• Understanding of firestopping principles for telecom pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams on small- to large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with PM on manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams; liaison office-to-field.
• Develop project plans, including materials, schedules, and tool lists.
• Track tools and materials to prevent loss; ensure safety documentation.
• Maintain safe jobsite practices and housekeeping; monitor milestones.
