Job summary

CBX Solutions, based in Hutto, TX, seeks a Data Technician Lead to oversee cabling installations and site surveys. You will coordinate field teams on small- and large-scale projects with a strong emphasis on safety and on-time delivery.

You will liaise with PMs and clients, manage documentation, and read complex drawings including architectural, AV, electrical, telecom, and site plans. On-site role with growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in construction related software (Plan Grid, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of blueprints and architectural symbols.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams on projects of varying sizes.
• Coordinate with PM on manpower and material needs.
• Communicate with clients/customers and other trades on site.
• Develop project plans including materials, schedules, and tools.
