Job summary

Aquila Technology is seeking a Project Manager to join our team near Lexington, MA. The role combines space management, field data collection, and operations support for a premier defense research program.

You will coordinate logistics for field deployments, manage facilities, and interface with researchers, vendors, and staff. US citizenship and the ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years executing data collections in lab or field settings.
• Experience in program/project management or analysis.
• Experience supporting field deployments and travel.
• Experience in organization support functions.
• Experience maintaining complex hardware/software systems (e.g., CAREN).
• Ability to operate CAREN system.

Responsibilities

• Manage organizational spaces and facility operations for field/m lab.
• Coordinate field data collections, travel, and logistics with external parties.
• Support field deployments and fielding activities across sites.
• Oversee equipment inventories and maintenance scheduling.
