Minuteman Group in Lexington, MA seeks a Lab Manager for a 3-year contract to oversee lab spaces, data collection, and field deployments. The role requires hybrid work with strong onsite presence and occasional travel to field sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities include lab operations, equipment maintenance, data collection support, and coordinating facility projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, along with experience managing CAREN systems.

Competenze

• Experience managing laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and safety oversight.
• Experience executing data collections in a laboratory or field setting, including experimental setup, hardware integration, and initial data processing.
• Experience supporting field deployments, including coordination with external parties and travel to field sites.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across lab operations, data collection, and facilities support.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• At least five years of experience operating a CAREN System.
