Communication Technology Services (CTS) seeks a Data Collections Specialist to support our National Team. The entry-level role pairs with a System Performance Engineer to accelerate skill development through hands-on mentorship and field experience.

This position involves on-site data collection, basic troubleshooting, and the potential for extensive travel to remote project sites as competency is demonstrated.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or junior position within CTS Engineering.
• Requires ability to travel up to 75% nationwide.
• Strong learning agility and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark walk data collections per CTS standards.
• Perform post-deployment data collections for validation.
• Assist in commissioning processes with SPE team.
• Troubleshoot data collection platforms and field equipment.
• Travel to remote project sites as competency grows.
