Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking a Data Collections Specialist to support the National Team. This entry-level role pairs with a System Performance Engineer to accelerate skills through hands-on mentorship and field experience.

The position requires up to 75% national travel and a willingness to work at remote sites, including construction environments. Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S. with CTS covering travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in a technical or field role; RF/wireless experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark walk data collections per CTS standards.
• Perform post-deployment walk data collections using LML platform.
• Participate in commissioning processes with the SPE team.
• Troubleshoot data collection platforms and field equipment in real time.
• Maintain LML and scanner kits with reporting manager.
• Submit travel requests and timesheets on time.
• Recognize anomalies in walk data KPIs and DAS alarms.
• Support senior SPEs in commissioning including RF measurements.
• Travel to remote sites independently after training.
