Job summary

CTS is seeking a Data Collections Specialist to join the National Team. This entry-level role supports bench-to-field activities, data collection, and commissioning across distributed wireless deployments. Travel up to 75% nationally is required, with on-site data collection and basic troubleshooting duties.

Ideal candidates will learn quickly, work well in field environments, and collaborate with System Performance Engineers to deliver accurate results while maintaining CTS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years in a technical or field-based role; RF, wireless, or networking coursework is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively (up to 75% or more).

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark walk data collections using SeeHawk Touch platform per CTS standards.
• Perform proof-of-product walk data collections using LML data collection platform for post-deployment validation.
• Execute post-deployment data collection activities to verify system performance against design requirements.
• Participate in commissioning processes with the National SPE team.
• Troubleshoot data collection platforms and field equipment in real time; maintain equipment kits.
• Submit travel requests and timesheets accurately per CTS procedures.
• Report anomalies in walk data KPIs, DAS alarms, and related indicators.
• Support senior SPEs in commissioning activities including RF measurements.
• Travel to remote project sites independently when competency is demonstrated.
