Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking a Data Collections Specialist to join the CTS Engineering team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals being trained to take on full responsibilities, paired with a System Performance Engineer to accelerate skill development through hands-on mentorship and field experience.

Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S., with travel fully supported by CTS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in a technical/field role; RF, wireless, or networking coursework a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively up to 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark walk data collections using SeeHawk Touch per CTS standards.
• Perform post-deployment data collections with LML for validation.
• Support commissioning with the National SPE team.
• Troubleshoot data collection platforms in real-time during deployments.
• Maintain LML kits and coordinate with the reporting manager.
• Submit travel requests and timesheets on time per procedures.
• Identify anomalies in walk data KPIs and DAS alarms.
• Assist senior SPEs with signal readings and RF measurements.
• Travel to remote sites independently after training milestones.
