Job summary

LINX in Denver, CO is seeking a Technician to support the installation and execution of DAS and construction projects in the field. You will show up with tools, PPE, and a positive attitude, complete tasks safely and efficiently, and help build system understanding under a Foreman’s direction.

Responsibilities include cable routing, terminations, rack installations, testing, documenting status, and interfacing with external contacts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of low voltage experience required or demonstrated
• Proficient in Office 365 and related tools
• Fluency in English (written & verbal)
• ½” coax cable prep tools, category cable RJ45 crimper, Hilti powder‑actuated tools preferred
• Basic hand and power tools experience
• Tech II/III: additional experience in technology integration and RF/cellular/public safety systems

Responsibilities

• Install cable pathway, rough‑in cable runs, and terminate coax and connectors as specified
• Cat cable termination and continuity testing
• Install wall and rack mounted equipment and maintain organization
• Advanced cable dressing and building splitter trees
• Conduct cable segment sweep testing and interpret results
• Interface professionally with external points of contact and track project status
• Implement design changes from Engineering and arrive on site prepared
