Job summary

Centerline Communications seeks a skilled DAS Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain DAS and in-building systems, enhancing connectivity for customers. This position involves extensive travel across the eastern US, with two weeks away followed by time at home, and requires proximity to a major airport.

The role covers DAS installation, maintenance of test gear, fiber testing, fusion splicing, and reading construction drawings.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years DAS/telecom experience.
• Experience adhering to schedules and instructions; professional teamwork.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• DAS installation in carrier and public safety spaces; knowledge of OEM and connection types.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot coax, fiber, power cables.
• Terminate coax and power cables.
• Maintain test gear (Anritsu Sweep & PIM) to achieve passing results; line sweeping and PIM testing.
• Fusion splicing and fiber testing.
