Job summary

Centerline Communications LLC is seeking a skilled DAS Technician to join our team and oversee installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of distributed antenna systems. The role covers areas east of Texas with travel required; the candidate should reside near a major airport.

You will work on DAS installations in carrier and public safety spaces, handle coax, fiber, and power cabling, and maintain test gear to achieve passing results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of DAS/telecom experience.
• Ability to adhere to schedules, work independently and with clients, contractors, and teammates.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Must maintain a clean background driving record.
• OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid and EMT desired.
• Candidate must be able to work multiple shifts and travel away from home.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• DAS installation in carrier and public safety spaces; manage OEM connections.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot cables and systems (coax, fiber, power).
• Terminate coax and power cables; field maintenance of test gear (Anritsu Sweep & PIM).
• Perform cable troubleshooting and line sweeping; conduct PIM testing.
• Fusion splicing and fiber testing.
