Job summary

Pristine Painting and Coatings is seeking a Customer Experience Project Manager to lead client communications and resolve issues on-site in Oahu, Hawaii. You’ll coordinate 4–5 active painting projects, train crews, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, provide daily progress updates, and make on-the-spot decisions to protect trust and project flow.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in trades, construction, or painting.
• Exceptional communication skills: proactive, professional, and confident under stress.
• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to turn challenges into solutions.
• Highly organized and capable of managing 4–5 simultaneous projects.
• Experienced in team leadership and coaching.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Chats, Google Workspace, Company Cam, and Drip Jobs (preferred).
• English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside on the island of Oahu.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from project start to finish.
• Provide proactive daily updates (calls, texts, or emails) so clients never wonder about the status of their project.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns directly and professionally, preserving relationships.
• Make on-the-spot decisions within company standards to protect trust and flow of projects.
• Act as the quarterback of 4-5 active projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and crews stay aligned.
• Translate estimates into detailed work orders, task lists, and jobsite expectations.
• Monitor progress and provide real-time solutions to keep jobs on pace.
• Maintain clear documentation of scope changes and updates.
