Color Splash Painting delivers premium residential and commercial painting with one standard: Drama-Free Painting. That means tight scheduling, clean job sites, disciplined prep, and proactive communication. We run on systems, not chaos, using a tech-enabled workflow to keep projects organized, timelines predictable, and quality consistent.

We specialize in interior and exterior repainting, cabinet painting and refacing, and commercial work. We are growth-oriented and expanding into new markets, but we do not lower the bar to do it.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hilton Head Island, SC. You own the job from start to finish. You will plan the schedule, coordinate crews and materials, manage jobsite logistics, and enforce quality standards. You will run daily production, catch issues early, solve problems fast, and keep clients informed without overexplaining.

You are accountable for timeline, cleanliness, workmanship, and customer experience. If a job goes sideways, you fix it. If standards slip, you correct it.
