Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help move and secure equipment on site.

This role includes on-the-job education through U-Haul University and opportunities to learn certifications such as propane and forklift handling. We offer a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus, plus a broad benefits package including health plans, holidays, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use technology to manage rentals and equipment movements.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment and answer customer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and wiring; assist with propane and forklift certification.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
