Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and education on products and services. The role involves using mobile U-Scan tech, coordinating equipment movement, and maintaining safety and quality throughout the process.

The position offers on-the-job education, incentives, and bonuses such as a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after certification milestones at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
