Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience working with crop insurance claims.
• CAPP – Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program accreditation required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to assess crop damage and verify loss conditions.
• Collect and document relevant data including planting records and loss evidence.
• Complete and submit accurate claim documentation within required timeframes.
• Communicate professionally with policyholders and agents.
• Utilize approved adjusting tools and software to calculate indemnities.
