Ryan Specialty, LLC is seeking a Crop Insurance Specialist to support AgCentric’s policy administration by reviewing and processing crop insurance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure accurate policy issuance.

This role entails reviewing applications, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams in a full-time capacity with a salary range of $72,000 - $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in crop insurance underwriting and policy administration procedures.

Responsabilités

• Review crop insurance applications and policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Apply provisions of the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA) to daily duties.
• Maintain organized and complete documentation trails for all underwriting actions.
• Support internal control procedures by adhering to established protocols.
• Assist in policy review and error tracking with compliance teams.
• Participate in training sessions on crop insurance regulations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with agents and policyholders to resolve underwriting issues.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with claims and compliance teams.
