Job summary

Caesars Superdome in New Orleans seeks a Field Crew Supervisor within the Engineering and Operations team. You will supervise field crew activities, coordinate setup for events, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include directing physical labor, inventory control, and collaboration with Event Coordinators during events. A high school diploma and 3–5 years in general labor or facility operations are expected, with leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and oversee conversions for buildings
• Support events, including pre-, during, and post-event tasks

This role offers visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to impact financial performance across some of the most iconic venues in sports and entertainment**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Assign duties connected with physical conversion/setup of the facility in accordance with lease requirements* General physical labor performance, i.e., setting and picking up tables and chairs, carrying, lifting, and assembling furniture and fixtures, including staging, painting the field, installing basketball courts, etc.* Repair/maintain equipment and machinery* Determines the most efficient and economical means of labor utilization to carry out assigned tasks* Works during events and responds as needed to both scheduled and unforeseen physical modifications required for said event* Assists in providing necessary physical support and back up in satisfying pre, during, and post-event requirements* Maintain organization of all warehouse and keep an updated, to date, count of all inventory* Oversee operations of day to day work of Field Crewmen and ensure all work has been completed at a satisfactory level* Oversee all conversions for all buildings* All other duties as assigned**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
