Job summary

Superdome seeks a part-time Experience Ambassador responsible for assisting Event Coordinators during events. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

This position requires a minimum age of 18 and the ability to work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with managerial tasks is preferred. Candidates will perform various duties related to event management and guest services.

## Experience AmbassadorApplylocations: New Orleans, LAtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted 6 Days Agojob requisition id: R100122795**POSITION: Experience Ambassador****DEPARTMENT: Event Services****REPORTS TO: Event Coordinator****FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt****Summary**Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Experience Ambassador for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Serve as an extension of Event Coordinator in a part time capacity for all appropriate events* Serve as the main point of contact for his/her appropriate gate location during the event door opening process* Always maintain professional demeanor and attire* Resolve any front of house patron/ticket/building issue throughout the event that requires a management presence* Maintain communication with Event Coordinator during every event* Contact appropriate personnel to resolve issues throughout event* Communicate with other part time team members effectively, including policy and procedure updates when applicable* Attend pre-event briefing and make notes of any changes on the information sheet* Track, compile and provide post-event notes for every event* Monitor all front of house areas of the building throughout the event* All other duties as assigned**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
